How to take a DNA sample

In this video, we show you how to take a DNA sample for our Health & Wellbeing test, send it to our lab, and get your results online.

The test is simple, quick, non-invasive and completely safe.

1. Order your test kit online

Simply place your order online or over the phone and we'll get your test kit sent out to you the same day.

2. Simple Saliva Swab

Make sure not to eat/drink/smoke 1 hour before doing your swab. Place your sample and the forms in the enclosed  stamped envelope and send it back for processing and testing in the lab.

3. Results in 4 weeks

Once we receive your unique results they will then be sent to you via a data protected PDF report that’s password protected, and totally confidential.
